UNIQUE CAFE / RESTAURANT IN BUSY ARCADE

The vast majority of people who are looking at cafes or restaurants for sale in Mallorca head for the bright lights of sea views and beaches along with premium prices and even higher rents for key positions.

This particular cafe / restaurant has none of the above but appeals to just about everyone who is lucky enough to stumble accross it with its totally unique location, friendly staff and great atmosphere ….. and of course let’s not forget the excellent affordably priced food.

Located in an extremely busy and vibrant shopping arcade in Palma Nova amongst hairdressers and clothes shops you just cannot fail to be busy. This arcade is also a main arterial route down from the many hotels behind Palma Nova as people make their way down to and back from the sea front.

The big pluses of being in a shopping arcade are of course high footfall from those using the shops, people come into the arcade to shelter from the sun and they also come in to shelter from the rain. Heads you win and tails you win and of course the restaurant also has signage out on the main busy main road along Palma Nova Beach just in case anyone doesn´t think about not paying a visit !!

Unlike many of the arcades these days all of the shops in this one are always fully let and there has actually been a restaurant on this site for over 15 years and the current owners have been there for the last 5 years.

You can comfortably seat 20 people outside plus a further 26 inside and even then you have space to spare. Two televisions inside and one outside show a diet of UK Sports, Football and television programmes to keep the holiday makers and expats happy.

Palma Nova probably has the longest season of all the resorts in Mallorca and this particular restaurant has a huge base of return custom that just keep coming back year in and year out. In the Winter Season when some of the more senior members of society come out for Winter Sunshine they even indulge in some Bingo.

This air conditioned British family run cafe features an extensive menu offering generous portions of freshly cooked food and homemade specials. Traditional Sunday Roast is also served EVERY DAY and not just on a Sunday.

The internet reviews of this business are excellent and this quirky 90 square metre restaurant with further external seating area is extremely successful.

Full books are available to genuinely interested parties during any viewing and the present owners do so well that they take four months of the year off and go on holiday !!

This is not your average run of the mill business and if you carry this on in its current tradition you simply cannot fail to do well.
