Operating from two bright modern shops in the South West of the Island this relatively recent but extremely successful supermarket business model selling well known British Brands of food has taken these two resorts by storm.

This large double unit is currently split with one half being used for storage and the other half for retail, although plans are to make both units retail space in due course. The rental on this unit is 3000 Euros per month.

All the required licenses are in place and the asking price is for the leases on the two shop units plus all stock, fixtures, fittings and goodwill. Also included are a Ford Transit Van and Renault Scenic Car.

The current owner is looking to sell these existing shops to expand into a much larger operation further up the chain of supply for these businesses and so will continue to be available to help and advise any potential purchasers.
