LONG STANDING FAMILY RUN SEA VIEW CAFE BAR

Situated in a fantastic location with direct views to the resorts main beach this long standing family run cafe/bar is an absolute gem. Best described as having a homely feel it has many repeat customers that regularly return to a resort that has the longest season of any of those on the Island of Mallorca.

This large bar is renowned for it’s traditional British cuisine and competitively priced drinks. The air-conditioned bar has an interior size of 110m2 with seating for up to 38 customers and is furnished with bar stools, upholstered bamboo chairs and bar tables. There is a feature fireplace with a gas fire which adds to the feeling that you´re sitting in someone´s living room! To one side of the premises is the well equipped bar with a range of drinks coolers, glass washer, freezer and coffee machine.

The bar leads on to a food preparation area, equipped with freezers, fridge-freezers, 4 microwaves, sink etc – everything needed to produce the menu, which offers English breakfasts, jacket potatoes, toasted sandwiches, lasagne, pies etc. To the rear of the premises is a storage area and keg store, which also has shelving, a freezer and a wc and shower. There are seperate male and female washrooms also to the rear.

The front terrace of approximately 35m2 seats 40 and like the inside is furnished with the same upholstered bamboo chairs and bar tables and in the summer. As you can imagine this area fills up very quickly in the summertimegiven the magnificent view and position. For those of us who just love to sit and watch the world go by, this is the spot for you!
