The owners have been running the Café for 7 years now, although it has been a Café for a lot longer. They now wish to slow down and do something different as this is a very demanding business, opening from 9am-12pm 6 days a week.

The terrace has an enviable position being set back from the main road but in full view of passing trade. There are three major Hotels in the area and their guests have to walk past the Café to get to Santa Ponsa’s fantastic beach.
The inside is of 60sqm and has 4 tables with 16 chairs; the décor has a Mediterranean feel to it with half tiled walls and bright shades on the walls with mirror tiles behind the bar all helping to give a light and fresh feel to it.
To the rear is the well equipped kitchen of 20sqm that includes 4 microwaves, pizza oven, commercial extractor, griddle, fridges and freezers.
Down stairs is the enormous cellar of 100sqm that has plenty of freezers and racking for stock, due to its size the owner can buy in bulk, thus bringing down the unit price of his supplies. There is also a full set of replacement kitchen equipment that will be staying; the patio heaters are stored here during the summer.
This Café has a great reputation not only with the large numbers of tourists that use it but also the very large number of Ex-Pats of all nationalities that live in and around Santa Ponsa.
A full hand over period will be given to the purchasers for what ever length of time is required.
